She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Tarpley and Delma Alford Tarpley; her husband Edward "H. E." Lovelady; her daughter Helen Sloan; her grandson Dewayne Lovelady; and her siblings, Clyde Tarpley, Willie Mae Leone, Howard Tarpley, Bobby Tarpley, Wayne Tarpley and Floyd Tarpley.
She is survived by: her sister Rose "Sissy" Leroy (Don) of Gladewater, TX; her children, Patricia Lovitt of Athens, LA, Ronnie Lovelady (Twyla) of Many, LA, Nina Dickson (Jimbo) of Many, LA, Paul Lovelady (Sandy) of Zwolle, LA and Rachael Ponder (Donnie) of Marshall, TX; and her grandsons, Spencer Lovitt, Tracey Lovitt, Jimmy Dickson, Dustin Lovelady, Kyle "Man" Lovelady, Branson Dickson, Damian Dickson and Matt Lovelady. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
