He is survived by: his significant other Viva Anne Skinner; his sons, Brad, Jerry Wayne Campbell of Converse, LA, Bradley Campbell of Belmont, LA, Jimmy Campbell (Julia) of Many, LA and Matthew Campbell (Teresa); his siblings, Barbara Lee Campbell of Eugene, OR, Susie Chambers of Long Beach, WA and Larry Campbell of Idaho; his half-brothers, Dan Fitzpatrick of Carrolls, WA and Robert Fitzpatrick of Longview, WA; his stepbrother Clark Campbell of Holbrook, AZ; and his grandchildren, Courtney Campbell Anders, Lila Campbell, James Ray Campbell (Holly), Dane Lee Campbell, Jacob Campbell, Leland Cole Campbell, Mason Paul Campbell and Caleb Campbell. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
