He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennith Harold Baggs and Sandra Crosby Baggs; and his brother Kenneth "Bubba" Baggs. He is survived by: his significant other Tonya Baggs; his children, Haley Baggs, Laken Bordelon (Chris), Deanna Rawls (Paul), Terri McPherson, Eric McPherson (Kellie) and Christi McPherson (Kevin O'Con); his grandchildren, Cambree, Cruz, Tatum, Tyler, Baylee, Cole, Trent, Raelynn, Braley, Madisyn, Leighton, Coleton, Teryn and Cameron; his siblings, Zondra Bayne (Scott), Dena Jarrell (Eric) and Kelvin Baggs (Keri); his sister-in-law Ellen Baggs; and his mother-in-law Loyce Ann Cloudy.
