It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Lynn Peterson of Many, Louisiana, born in Zwolle, Louisiana, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Halvor Lamar Peterson; and her brothers, Halvor Peterson, Jr. and William Elvin Peterson. She is survived by: her mother Mary Peterson of Many, LA; her children, Carmen Meshell Slusher-Joyce of Tupelo, MS, Susan Marie Hodges of Eatonville, WA and Christopher James Slusher of Cuba, MO; and her siblings, Belinda Gale Singletary of Marthaville, LA, Norman Peterson of Many, LA, Charles Peterson of Sachse, TX and Joe Peterson of Belmont, LA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
