He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Ann Brown of Oviedo, FL and Jeffery Randall Heard; his siblings, Becky McConathy of Mansfield, LA, Melva Jean Howard of Belmont, LA and Joel Heard of Many, LA; his grandchildren, Timothy Jacob Brown of Alvin, TX, Jeffery Randall Heard, Jr. of Bossier City, LA and Jessica Marie Brown of Oviedo, FL; and his great grandchild Maggie Harper Brown of Alvin, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
