He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry N. Ebarb and Doris Ebarb; and his sister Pamela Jean Ebarb. He is survived by: his wife Linda Logan Ebarb of Many, LA; his son Wayne Allen Ebarb (Amy) of Many, LA; his grandchildren, Cody Ebarb, Marisa of Ebarb, LA and Laken Ebarb of Dallas, TX; his great grandchildren, Myles Ezernack and Cooper Wayne; and his brothers, Terry Ebarb (Nanette) of Noble, LA, James H. Ebarb (Caye) and Jay Jay Ebarb (Anita). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
