He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Labat Sullivan of Many, LA; his sons, Adam Michael Sullivan (Ashley Paige) and John Eric Sullivan; his granddaughter Ava Catherine; his sisters, Sherry Underwood (Cliff), Brenda Scull (Mike) and Teresa Jester (Roy); and his brothers-in-law, Gerard Labat (Nancy) and Francis Labat (Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
