He was predeceased by: his parents, C. D. Leach and Vertis Leach (Reece); and his sisters, Irene Allen, Lanell Sharbono and Estelle Speight.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Leach of Ft. Jesup, LA; his son Carl Dennis Leach of Ft. Jesup, LA; and his siblings, Faye Brown of Layton, UT, Otha Leach (Sherrie) of Coppell, TX and Truman Leach (Rhonda) of Natchitoches, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
