He was predeceased by: his parents, T. J. Cutrer and Wilma Cutrer; his daughters, Ronda Cutrer and Stephanie Tedder; his grandson Bennie Oliver; and his siblings, Glen Cutrer and Sue Pinter.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Cutrer; his daughter Robin Oliver; his son-in-law David; his grandchildren, Elishia Tedder, Joey Tedder, Matt Tedder, Joshua Webb, Heather Harrington and Shonda Henley; his son-in-law Gary Tedder; his great grandchildren, Sam, Benton, Austin Tedder, Mason Tedder, Justyn Webb, Bryson Gilson and Christian Soto; and his nephews, Kevin Alford and Steven Procell. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
