She is survived by: her husband Glen Gailor Phares of Many, LA; her sons, Richard Phares (Kelly) of Discovery Bay, Hong Kong and Kent Phares (Missy) of Many, LA; her granddaughter Bella Phares; and her sister Kay H. Smith of Monroe.
