It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ann Scallan of Mansura, Louisiana, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Scallan, Sr.; her daughter Stacey Constance; her parents, Ernest Sr. Rabalais and Sidney Mae Ortego Rabalais; and her siblings, Olive Mayeux and Bruce Rabalais.
She is survived by: her children, James Scallan, Jr. (Misty) and Melissa Scallan; her boyfriend Rodney Michel of Mansura; her grandchildren, Alexia Scallan, Jordan Scallan, Kami Scallan, Brooke King, Grant Constance, Addison Constance, Reggie Lemoine, Jr., Chase Lemoine and Beau Lemoine; her great grandchild Archer King; and her siblings, Patricia Ducote and Ernest Rabalais, Jr..
