He is survived by: his wife Joanne Mitchel; his siblings, Deborah Courville (Bruce), Carol Helminger (Jay) and Michael Mitchel (Deborah); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Coco (Greg), Erica Ducote (Milton), Rachel Helminger, Bryan Mitchel (Amanda Guillory) and Jarred Mitchel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeanette, Halsey, Millie Coco, Kenzi Ducote, Jaylee Mitchel, Landon Ducote and Drake Mitchel.
