She is survived by: her husband Ted Chatelain; her daughters, Cindy Chatelain VanNatta (Milton) of Shreveport and Karleen Chatelain Lacombe of Marksville; her granddaughters, Amber Lacombe, Laurie VanNatta Jones (Evan), Katie VanNatta and Mollie VanNatta; her great grandchildren, Levi, Ella Jones and Axil Lacombe; and her sisters, Laura Moreau Gremillion (Kenneth) and Jean Moreau Roy.
