He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel, Sr. Guidry and Gertrude Dufour Guidry; his brothers, Charles Guidry and Jules Guidry; and his stepbrother Peter Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Lemoine of Mansura; his daughter Pamela Scallan (Ronald) of Mansura; his sister Irma Coco of Moreauville; his grandchildren, Ryan Scallan (Roshelle) of Cottonport, Matthew Scallan (Candice) of Simmesport and Scott Scallan of Mansura; his great grandchildren, Alexus Scallan, Eva Scallan, Madison Scallan, Rivers Scallan, Adalyn Scallan and Reeves Scallan; his great great grandchild Kohen Bordelon; and his goddaughter Amanda Villagomez of Metairie.
