She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Sampson Sr.; her children, Dianne Pichon, Gerald Sampson and Lawrence Sampson, Jr.; her parents, Florence Sampson Babino and Isom Joseph Babino; and her siblings, Theresa Hudson, Cecile Babino, Genevieve Babino and Lester Babino.
She is survived by: her children, Lilly Hart of Mansura and Dennis Sampson of Marksville; her siblings, Emma Stieb of New Orleans, Leitta Moore of Port Arthur, TX and Johnell Babino of Mansura; and her sisters-in-law, Mable Berry and Leana A. Sampson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren; and twenty great-great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
