She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Fontenot; her parents, Alcide Cadoree and Louise Demouy Cadoree; and her siblings, James Cadoree Sr., Gerald Cadoree, Fabin Cadoree and Eula Mae Cadoree.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Sampson (Michael) of Mansura and Prince Fontenot of Mansura; and her sisters, Denise Birch of Alabama and Michelle Bradly of Alabama. She is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, family, and bonus grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Paul Cemetery (1879 L'Eglise St, Mansura, LA 71350). A rosary was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Escude Funeral Home (6608 Porterie St, Mansura, LA 71350). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (1879 L'Eglise St, Mansura, LA 71350).
