He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafayette David and Agnes David; and his siblings, Wesley David, Stanley David, Harold David, Mary Laura David and Shirley David.
He is survived by: his wife LouElla M. David; his son Trampas David; his stepdaughters, Pam Gauthier (Kenny) of Plaucheville and Lisa Dupont (Lonnie) of Plaucheville; and his stepgrandchildren, Dusty Rabalais, Drew Rabalais, Ken Gauthier, Warren Dupont, Nicole Dupontn and Emily Daigrepont. He is also survived by ten step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Escude Funeral Home (6608 Porterie St, Mansura, LA 71350). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
