He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Sr. Lemoine and Norma Bordelon Lemoine; and his siblings, Jeanne Lemoine Bonnette, Margaret Lemoine Newton, Ignatius "Buddy" Lemoine, Michael G. Lemoine and Felice Lemoine Viguerie.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen Rodriguez Lemoine of Longbridge; his daughters, Elizabeth Lemoine Hardwick (John) of Clarksville, TN, Jennifer Lemoine Zimmermann (Oliver) of Austin, TX, Rebecca Ivy Lemoine of Mansura and Allison Lemoine Ferguson (Robert) of Longbridge; his sisters, Christine Carol Lemoine DeMars of Mansura and Norma Lemoine Sherman of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Eva, Anne, Luke Zimmermann, McKinley, Margeaux and Pierce Ferguson.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School in his name. Donations can also be made to Smile Train in honor of his brother Michael Lemoine.
