With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Hoover Jr. of Mansfield, Louisiana, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hoover, and William Hoover, Sr.; his daughters, Barbara Lynn Hoover and Grace Hoover; his brother Donald Hoover; and his brother-in-law Richard Linardi.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Hoover; his daughters, Susan Cox (Ron) and Sandra Hoover (Steve Row); his stepchildren, Michael Cooper, Jr., Angela Morris and Matthew Cooper; his siblings, Roxanna Fenske (William), Cassandra Linardi, Pamela Viel (Martin), Kimberly Di Tommasso (Rocco), Daniel Hoover and David Hoover (Susan Brown); his grandsons, Dustin and Connor Cox; and his close friends, Zueleika Bradbury, Teri Vanover, Robinson and Sherlene Bradbury. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
