She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Leflett and Iris Leflett; her husband Tandy Byron Prothro, Jr; and her sisters, Quelda York and Leurene Murry.
She is survived by: her brothers, Bobby Leflett and Charles Leflett; her children, Robert Prothro (Kay), Vicky Williamson (Michael) and John Prothro; her grandchildren, Emily Gilbert (Bryan), Jonathan Prothro (Leslie), Melissa Alvarez (Gonzalo) and Christin Quintana (Victor); and her great grandchildren, Avery Gilbert, Ryan Gilbert and William Prothro.
