He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Swilley and Myrtie Swilley; and his sister Janice Stratton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Swilley; his children, Steven Ray Swilley (Edna), Robert Swilley (Sheri), Stacey Justice (Suzanne), Malinda Allday (Bubba) and Lanai Cordeiro (Brant); and his sisters, Linda Turner (Gene) and Gail Mauldin (George). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
