He is survived by: his wife Connie Jackson; his sons, Collin Lane Jackson (Shelley), Steven Ray Jackson and Stuart Randall Jackson (Kelli); his siblings, Marzee Hughes (Randy), Angela Beaty (Jane) and Joe D. Beaty Jr. (Cathy); his grandchildren, Micheal Blankinship, Marissa Gortney, Maisie Byrns and Renee Broussard (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Jade and Lily Broussard.
