She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Berry and Florence Berry. She is survived by: her sons, Reagan (Lisa) and Caleb (Brittany); her husband Rick; her sister Beverly Berry-Gilley (Smith); her nephew Taylor Jennison; and her grandchildren, Kamden, Kennedy and Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children in Shreveport or the Hope House in Shreveport.
