In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Norwood and Isoline Norwood; and his siblings, Nadine Norwood Reed of Shreveport and Ronald Glenn Norwood of Catuna, Louisiana.. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Norwood (Maxine) of Shreveport and Dianne Norwood Worth of Mesquite, TX.; and his sister-in-law Joyce Valentine Bedsole. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
