He is survived by: his wife Diane Binning Burr; his children, Raymond Dale Burr (Michelle) and Yvette Foster; his stepdaughter Holly Castillo (Wendell); and his grandchildren, Joseph Foster Ashley Hamberg, Crystal Drake, Jessica Bolton and Justin Burr. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
