He is survived by: his wife Hortensia M. Vigil of Mansfield, Louisiana; his children, Raymond L. Vigil of Gainesville and Judy Wilson (Derric) of Madison, Mississippi; his stepchildren, Gail Tully of Greenville, Diane Atwell (Michael) of Milton, Alfonso Fregoso (Mary Paz Toledano) of Mexico City, Gabriel Fregoso, Dr. Marianna Delgado of Houston, Erika Fregoso Wysong (Walter Scott Wysong, IV) of Stonewall and Monica Fregoso of Mexico City, Mexico; his siblings, Linda Breuninger of Tularosa and Charles Vigil of Tularosa; and his grandchildren, Jared Kemp, Isabella Vigil, Anna Grace Vigil, Alex Roberts, Conner Roberts, Alfonso Fregoso, Gabriel Fregoso, Francesca Fregoso, Jimena Martinez, George Martinez, Shawn Tully, Matt Tully, Heather Tally, Jessica Tally, Courtney Perry, Candice Vaughn, Jacob Vigil and Jenny Straughan. He is also survived by 16 great- grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews and other extended family members and friends.
