He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Hinkie and Geraldine Hinkie; his wife Doris Renfrow Hinkie; and his grandson Logan Hinkie. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Hinkie, Jr. (Traci), Tracy Curtis (Keven) and Kristie Foster; and his grandchildren, Joshua Hinkie, Caitlyn Glassford (Dillon), Abby Hinkie, William Foster, Haleigh Foster and Hunter Sepulvado. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
