She is survived by: her husband Ricky Forrest; her daughters, Hannah Wilson (Matthew), Jessica Wilson (Michael) and Charli Richardson (Jared); her siblings, Betty Butler (Ronnie), Vicki Gardner (Bill), Mary Ott, April Ott, Lisa Goins (Lee), Marvin Ott, Jr. (Karen), Tim Ott (Sonya), Glynn Ott (Rhonda) and Mike Ott; and her grandchildren, Kaigan, Zade, Jack, Caleb, Grace, Brent, Waylon, Willie, Ian and Alice Rose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
