He is survived by: his wife Shelly Slaid; his children, Iron Paul Curt Slaid, Dakota DeWayne Slaid, Cheryl Rae Hadwin (Jeff), Jessica Wade (Matthew), Corrie Slaid (Daniel) and Lacy Danley (Shawn); his sister Susan Slaid; his son Joey; his brother Gene Slaid (Lyn); his grandchildren, Cortney Jennings (Dylan), Chelsea Norman (Robert), Dylan Slaid, Justin Slaid, Jada Slaid, Lexie Wade, Wade Parker, Briar Wade, Cash Wade, Harper Danley, Wyatt Wade, Westin Peters, Haddie Danley and Waylon Wade; and his great grandchildren, Braden Jennings, Lillian Jennings, Lexi Raab, Ryder Boswell, Mason Norman and Riley Norman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
