She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Estes and Ella Hatcher Estes; her former husband Ray Wheless; her husband Hugh Barnett; her son Edward Peek; her siblings, J. W. Estes, Calvin Estes, Mary Burr and Leona English; her stepdaughter Penney Wheless (Charlotte Manshack); her granddaughter Peggy Peek; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Peek and Jeremy Peek Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John Peek (Georgia), Jimmy Davis, James Davis, Mike Wheless (Lillian), Daryl Wheless (Tammy), Teresa Tedder (Greg) and Jeanett Folden; and her close friend Gloria Goldby. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; 26 great great-grandchildren.
