With solemn reverence, we commemorate Cody Welborn of Mansfield, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, whose life came to an end on September 25, 2024 at the age of 42, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Novalee Rose Welborn; and his stepfather Grady Morris. He is survived by: his wife Carla Hollis Welborn; his children, Brayden Welborn (Allie) and Jade Graves; his granddaughter Lillian Welborn of Paw's Girl; his parents, Jeannie Gallaspy Morris and David Welborn Sr. (Traci); his siblings, David Welborn Jr. (Amanda), Trent Welborn (Ashley), Jody Rogers (Derreck) and Allison Welborn Simmons (Christian); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlan Early (Dillon), Emily Early (Brandon), Alyssa Chamberlin (Pat), Madison Welborn, Claudia Welborn, Autumn Welborn, Rose Simmons, Lilly Simmons, Peyton Rogers, Logan Rogers and Wyatt Welborn. He is also survived by stepsiblings; and multiple great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Mansfield (943 Polk St, Mansfield, LA 71052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Grove Hill Cemetery.
