He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Novalee Rose Welborn; and his stepfather Grady Morris. He is survived by: his wife Carla Hollis Welborn; his children, Brayden Welborn (Allie) and Jade Graves; his granddaughter Lillian Welborn of Paw's Girl; his parents, Jeannie Gallaspy Morris and David Welborn Sr. (Traci); his siblings, David Welborn Jr. (Amanda), Trent Welborn (Ashley), Jody Rogers (Derreck) and Allison Welborn Simmons (Christian); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlan Early (Dillon), Emily Early (Brandon), Alyssa Chamberlin (Pat), Madison Welborn, Claudia Welborn, Autumn Welborn, Rose Simmons, Lilly Simmons, Peyton Rogers, Logan Rogers and Wyatt Welborn. He is also survived by stepsiblings; and multiple great nieces and nephews.
