He was predeceased by: his father Major Cleve Mathis; and his brother Brad Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Mathis; his children, Violet of Mangham, Abigayle of Mangham and Josiah of Mangham; his mother Judy Bullock (Devon) of Monroe; and his siblings, Lyndsey Ewing (Jason) of Monroe, Lance Bullock of Monroe, Brian Mathis, Whitney of Monroe and Eric Mathis (Liz) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Tommy was always very generous to his employees and friends, and he donated to many charities and animal shelters.
