It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Dean McNeer (Mangham, Louisiana), born in Crowville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Harold Dean and Doyle Elaine Busby Dean. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Blackwell (Buddy) and Kenneth Hinkle; her children, Micky Weatherly (Amy), Tammie Twiner (Buddy), Joel Weatherly (Dawn) and Eric Weatherly (Chelsey); and her grandchildren, Noah Weatherly, Audrey Louise Weatherly, Alex Duchesne (April), Alexis Hutchison (Brandon), Jared Twiner (Tonya), Brandon Twiner, Micky Weatherly, Joel Weatherly, Eric Weatherly and Brandon Hutchison. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
As an added measure of precaution during this time, the family request that all attendees for visitation and funeral services adhere to CDC guidelines and wear a mask and practice social distancing.
