He is survived by: his wife Louise Cobb of Mangham; his children, Keith Cobb (Melissa) of Hedgesville, WV, Monica Johnson (Johnny) of Dunlap, TN, Martha Rugg (Rex) of Crowville, Penny Flint (Rusty) of Winnsboro and Robert Cobb, Jr. of Mangham; and his siblings, Caroline Cobb of Arcadia, Theodore Cobb of Arcadia, Ricky Cobb (Benita) of Forest, Glen Cobb (Denise) of Arcadia, Thomas Cobb and Douglas Cobb of Arcadia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
