He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Eugene and Bobbie Jean Carter; and his son Carter. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Fleming (Perry) of Mangham and William Joseph "B. J."; his grandchildren, Chance Fleming, Christopher Fleming, Katie Hutson, Gage Hutson, Brody Hutson, Holleigh Kate Hutson and Hayden Hutson; and his siblings, Donna Singley (David) of Archibald and Ronnie Hutson of Start. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
