She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Murphy and Sarah Murphy; and her brothers, Leslie Murphy and Bobby Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Mercer, Sr.; her sons, Donald Abrams and Tracy Carter (Kathryn Myers Carter); her grandchildren, Sara Abrams, Ryan Abrams, Krista Carter and Tyler Carter; and her siblings, Edward Murphy, Charles Murphy and Dianne Murphy.
