He was predeceased by: his wife Erlene F. Box; and his son Ben Box. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Lynn Box of Mangham; his grandson Brandon Vance Box (Heather) of Start; his great grandchildren, Hannah Box and Samuel Box of Start; and his sister Carolyn Pailett (Earl) of Four Forks, LA. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
