Dorothy Dear Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022, at the age of 94, Dorothy Dear of Mangham, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Earl Dear; her son William Eddie Dear; her parents, Henry Jones and Blanche Brown Jones; and her siblings, W. H. Jones, Allen Jones, Myrtis Jones Sharbono and Ruby Gallaway.
She is survived by: her children, Earl (Jean Dear), Glenn (Katie Dear), Barbara (Marvin Lord) and Martha (Benny Garrison); her close friends, Violet Stovall and Johnny Lambert; and her sister Lannie Brady. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lone Cherry Cemetery fund.
