She was predeceased by: her husband Grover Burgess Jr; her parents, Salvatore Piro and Johanna Piro; and her brothers, Sam, George and Nicholas Piro.
She is survived by: her children, Grover Burgess (Deborah) and Sheri Letlow (Donald); her grandchildren, Ben Burgess (Kimberly), Lane Letlow (Daphne), Hanna Burgess and Mary Ella Burgess; her great grandchildren, Mckenna, Arden, Britton, Jameson and Everett; and her sisters, Angie Maggio and Joan Flint. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
