He was predeceased by: his brother Trent Adams. He is survived by: his wife Ashlynn Crawford; his children, Forrest Crawford, Louie Griffin and Penelope Griffin; his parents, Chasity Mize (Darrell Hash) and Shawn Crawford (Fran); his siblings, Dakota Crawford (Elizabeth), Hagan Crawford, Ronnie Wooldridge (Amanda), Jennifer Yates, Colby Hash and Heath Hash; and his grandparents, Jean Weems, Billy Michael, Joy Crawford, Richard and Brenda Mize. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
