She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Petty II of Shreveport, LA and Yvonne Demont Petty of Madisonville, LA.; her son Richard "Ricky" Hugh Blanke Jr.; and her husbands, Richard H. Blanke Sr. and John P. Briant Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Bechac (Andrew); and her grandchildren, Meredith Virginia Bechac, Camille Elizabeth Bechac and Evan Michael Bechac. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
