She was predeceased by: her parents, U. Joseph Cunningham and Vera Cunningham; and her brother U. J Cunningham Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith; her grandchildren, Gregory, Courtney, Valerie, Tyler, Simone, Melanie, Joseph, Claire, Sarah Kate, Alexis, Chloe and Zachary; her siblings, Deanne Authement (Johnny) and Patrick Cunningham (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Betty, Jean and Louise. She is also survived by her children, their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred.
