He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Conklin; and his pet Duke. He is survived by: his wife Julie Clement Conklin; his children, Chloe Conklin, Clayton Conklin, William Conklin and Harrison Conklin; his grandson Connor Ellison; his sister Ann Hoff; and his father Dr. William Conklin.
