He is survived by: his children, Laurie Jane Lindsey Waddell (Gregg), Timothy Edward Lindsey (Karen) and Leigh Ann Lindsey Freshley; his grandchildren, Brittany Waddell Dyer (Evan), Ashley Waddell Smith (Michael), Abby Marie Lindsey, Miles Vincent Lindsey, Margaret "Maggie" Lindsey Freshley and Mary Callie Freshley; and his great grandchildren, Oudrey Jules Gros IV, Brooklyn Jane Pace, Myles Michael Smith, Aubrey Elise Guidry, Avery Marie Pace, Reed Evan Dyer and Alaina Elizabeth Smith.
