He is survived by: his spouse Merle Massel Mulkey; his children, Shelton W. Mulkey, III (Lori), Sheri Mulkey Lang (Chris), Scott Mulkey and Shannon Mulkey; his grandchildren, Shelton W. Mulkey, IV, Katelyn Mulkey, Cassandra Mulkey, Brittany Lang Pellow (Edward), Cory Lang, Darbi Mulkey, Dawson Mulkey, Devyn Mulkey, Delaney Mulkey, Sarah, Eddie and Hemecourt; and his siblings, Judy Mulkey Triche (Ronnie), Gay Mulkey Torian, Ray Mulkey, Woodrow Mulkey (Cheryl), Thomas Mulkey and Leo Mulkey, Sr.. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
