He was predeceased by: his son Brandon; and his parents, Melvin John Arthur, Sr. and Edna R. Arthur. He is survived by: his spouse Susan E. Arthur; his son Ian Arthur (Deanna); his grandchildren, Callie, Tyler and Natalie; and his brothers, Melvin J. "Buster" Arthur, Jr. (Priscilla) and Mark L. Arthur (Karen).
