She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Vetter and Elmire Jacqueline Vetter (Rodi); and her siblings, Norman H. Vetter and Clare V. Dubis. She is survived by: her husband Daniel D. Richard, Jr.; her children, Jennifer Richard, Diana Babineaux, Daniel "David" Richard, III, Georgina Richard and Emily Rutterford; her grandchildren, Savannah Cutliff of Charlotte Richard, Ala, Coralie Meintjes, Tristan Rutterford and Adelaide Rutterford; and her siblings, Anne V. Manuel and Paul H. Vetter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Rose may be made to your favorite charity, or have Masses offered in her honor.
