He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Santiago Mauricio and Ana Romilia Ramos; his wife Marleni Mejia Ramos; his children, Ana Patricia Ramos and Carlos Alberto Ramos; and his siblings, Marina, Osorio, Ana Julia Liszewsk and Ricardo Ramos. He was also cherished by his extended family and friends.
