He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Parr Hoffman and Oscar P. Hoffman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Erna; and his children, David (Deonne Zelden), Krista Carpenter (Tim) and Susan Bonnett Bourgeois (Mace).
