He is survived by: his wife Terry Miller Frosch; his sons, Jason Frosch (Cynthia) and Lloyd "Butch" Frosch; his stepchildren, Valerie Orazio (Craig), Jaime La Crosse (Justin Dowd) and Austin Coleman; his grandchildren, Jennifer Welch (Darren), Joey Hernandez, Alexa Hernandez, Brandon Moore (Alyssa), Nathaniel Frosch, Kaylee Orazio and Caleb Orazio; his great grandchildren, Beaux Welch, Lloyd Moore (LJ), Olivia Moore and Sadie Welch; and his caregivers, Susan, Aide Tawani, Chaplain Lonnie and Norman.
